Maison Breizh at Bastille was created by Chef Michelle Poteaux, pastry chef and co-owner of Bastille Brasserie & Bar. Inspired by family trips to Normandy and trained in Saint-Malo at L’Atelier de la Crêpe, Michelle brings the galettes, crêpes, cider, and coastal flavors of Brittany to life here in Alexandria.
